Mondo Landscapes Inc. Covid-19 Pandemic Protocol

Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic, we at MONDO Landscapes Inc. are doing our part to reduce risk of infection in our communities.

Our precautionary methods are updated daily as per the Federal Government protocol.

Some of the precautions we are currently using are as follows:

Reduced staff: We are no longer running multiple construction crews. We have reduced our staff to one crew of 2-3 employees, one truck and are now focused on finishing one job at a time. Although this does increase our lead time to get to your project, it does ensure no contact between employees. All staff currently employed are required to wear protective gloves and, potentially, a mask if work conditions require us to be within 6 feet of each other. The few staff that are working have committed to social distancing when not at work in order to trace contact with those in our network.

Sanitizing: We have a large supply of hand sanitizer and use it multiple times throughout the day no matter where we are. We have spray sanitizer that we use to wipe down the one truck we are using throughout the day (upon every entry and exit).

Products : We are currently ordering supplies to be delivered for use on our job site and we will be sanitizing them upon arrival. We are avoiding having to go into any stores or suppliers for products, again, reducing the risk of community spread.

Quotations: Currently we are not visiting any new sites for future work. We are working with our clients via submission of photos, phone conversations, and FaceTime. In the future, depending on the state of the pandemic, we may visit sites alone for quoting or measuring, or to talk to our clients at a safe distance of 6 to 10 feet.

Your Home: Under no circumstances are any staff members allowed to enter your residence.

We are happy to continue serving our clients and look forward to working with you under these precautions. Please be assured that we are are heeding recommendations from all government officials and will be monitoring daily for changes that could affect our daily operations.
